rat and cockroach On a Thursday night, most of Philadelphia (and our team) was watching the Eagles take on the Commanders. A client reached out to Universal Home & Pest Solutions with a pressing issue: their tenants were extremely upset and frightened by what they suspected was a rodent and cockroach problem. They needed immediate assistance, and our team was ready to respond.

Our team arrived at the property around 8 pm, equipped to address the issue promptly. Upon inspection, we discovered that the house was clean with no major signs of a cockroach infestation. However, evidence of a mouse or two indicated a potential rodent problem.
