How Our Flea, Tick, & Mosquito Treatment Works
Protect your family and pets with our comprehensive Flea, Tick, and Mosquito Control! Our child- and pet-friendly service provides complete outdoor coverage, focusing on high-moisture, wet areas where pests thrive. Using spray and mist treatments, we target and sterilize mosquitoes to keep them from reproducing, giving you lasting peace of mind. For added protection, choose our In2Care add-on to enhance your defense against mosquitoes. Enjoy a pest-free yard all season long!
We begin with a comprehensive inspection to identify breeding areas, resting spots, and the presence of these pests around your property. This allows us to tailor a treatment plan that targets the specific pests affecting your home while addressing factors that may be attracting them.
Our approach utilizes a combination of pesticides, larvicides, and barrier treatments to eliminate fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes at all stages of their life cycle. We also provide tips for maintaining a pest-free environment, including yard clean-up and reducing standing water, which helps prevent future infestations.
Treating Fleas, Ticks, and Mosquitos
Fleas
- Cause small, itchy bites on your skin, often in clusters
- Pets may excessively scratch or lick, and you might see tiny black or red specks of flea dirt on their fur
- Live in carpets, bedding, and furniture
- Feed on blood
- Lay eggs in warm, humid environments
Prevent fleas by keeping pets treated with flea control products, vacuuming regularly, washing bedding, and addressing any yard conditions that may harbor fleas.
Ticks
- Found on pets or humans, clinging to the skin and causing irritation
- Cause small, round, raised bumps on pets’ skin
- Attach to hosts in wooded or grassy areas
- Feed on blood
- Known to carry diseases such as Lyme disease
To prevent ticks, keep yards trimmed and free of tall grass, use tick repellents on pets, and perform regular checks on pets and family members after outdoor activities.
Mosquitos
- Bites often cause itching and redness
- Thrive during evening or dawn hours around standing water
- Breed in standing water, including ponds, birdbaths, or even small containers
- Active during warmer months and are most active in the early morning or evening
To prevent mosquitos, eliminate standing water around your home, use mosquito repellents, and install window screens to keep mosquitoes out.
Add the In2Care Mosquito Station
In2Care Mosquito Traps are a non-spray option for mosquito control that attract mosquitos to lay their eggs in the trap while also killing the mosquitos that enter the trap. These traps are replaced every 4-6 weeks with your treatment for fleas & ticks.
